12 oz. slow roasted Certified Angus Beef prime rib cooked to perfection.

Chicken Picatta:

Breast of chicken sautéed with mushrooms & capers in a white wine lemon sauce.

Orange Glazed Salmon:

Fresh Atlantic salmon filet grilled and topped with an orange citrus glaze.

Shaker Cranberry Pot Roast:

Our "House Specialty,".. lean Certified Angus Beef pot roast topped with cranberry sauce and demi-glazed. A New England Inn tradition.

Baked Stuffed Haddock:
Fresh Haddock filet in white wine and butter, topped bread crumbs.

Vegetarian dishes available upon request.

Dinners above served with "Chef’s Choice" of potato & vegetable.

Fresh Atlantic salmon filet grilled and topped with a cucumber salsa

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin:

Oven roasted tenderloin with apple-cinnamon bread stuffing served with all the fixin’s.

Chicken Marsala:
Thinly pounded chicken breast, sautéed with mushrooms & garlic, finished with Marsala wine.


Baked Scallops:

Served "St. Jacques" style in a mushroom cream sauce

 Duck Breast:  
Boneless breast of Duck served with a spiced- berry red wine reduction.
